1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Hostpaedia, operated by Hostpaedia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing any service you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide domain registration, hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email, SSL and related services through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner and upstream providers. Availability and pricing may change.

3. Wallet & Payments

Services are paid from a prepaid wallet funded via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Domain registrations are non-refundable per registry rules; all other services carry a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund (see our Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, or infringement. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Renewals

Services may auto-renew from your wallet where enabled. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient balance and current contact details.

6. Liability

Services are provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding month.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or upstream registry policies.
