How to report

Email [email protected] with: the URL, domain or IP involved; a description of the abuse; and any evidence (headers, logs, screenshots). The more specific the report, the faster we can act.

Our response SLA

• Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
• Action on verified abuse: within 72 hours (often much sooner).
• Urgent cases (active phishing, malware, CSAM): handled on priority, including immediate suspension.

What's prohibited

Spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), network attacks, IP infringement and anything illegal under applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We cooperate with valid, lawful requests and record them in our transparency report.
